Session 2

As the party was entering deeper into the cave, another adventurer Katavi asked if he could join the 
party. The team moved deeper into the cave to the next tunnel where they found several Goblins, 
and their boss Yemmik, after Snowball singing several of the goblins to unconsciousness, and one of 
the Goblins being knocked out, an unseen voice translated Yemmiks frantic cries to stop the attack, he 
had a deal for them. After some more exploration it was discovered there were two hostages in the room.
Sildar who was Grundren's travelling companion, and Jamorin a paladin who was captured by the
Goblins. 

The negotiations ended with Yemmik attempting to slice open Selmak and him in bonds with the other 
surviving goblin. Selmak decided now was a good time to eviscerate one of the sleeping goblins to try 
and get more info from Yemmik who gave up that Gundren had been taken to the King of the Cragmaw’s 
castle. Along with Sildars armor and weapons. That there were about 20 goblins in the cave with 
about 8 remaining.and that all Yemmik wanted was for the team to defeat Klarg the leader of 
Cragmaw hideout who has been bashing the goblins into compliance. 


The team took a rest here, and got what info they could out of Sildar. Learning that Gundren and his
brothers had found the entrance to Wave Echo Cave which was excellent news for all the inhabitants 
of the realm. That he would accompany the party but was keen to rescue Gundren as soon as possible. 
Jamorin was able to find his gear stashed in the cave and was ready for combat. 

The party explored more of the caves to be spotted sneaking around, some goblins released a flood 
of waters through the caves in an attempt to clear out the enemies unsuccessfully.

The party was able to eliminate the goblins controlling the pool area which was used to release the 
floods with a second flood being released Selmak was able to behead one of the goblins and swing 
back up onto the bridge to safety. Barlumin took a shot at one goblin’s throat but missed and hit him 
in the crotch instead, Followed up with a javelin through the throat from selmak, Barlumin was able 
to collect the head from this goblin.

With one straggler hiding, surprising Barlumin who made short work of him. The team moved deeper 
into the caves where they found a stairwell. 

Arranging themselves around a stairwell leading up Selmak pushed a bound goblin up the stairs as 
Katavi sent a firebolt after him burning him to ashes at the entrance to the room. 

Jamorin and Selmak rushed the stairs to face Klarg and Ripper, with support from below the team 
made short work of Ripper. Klarg however was able to take out Jamorin the brave paladin with a swipe 
from his massive morning star. Snowball had a tough choice between adding insult to injury 
with Viscious mockery or using his bard powers for good with healing word. 

Once conscious again Jamorin was able to prop up his health and everyone was ready to 
continue the battle…..
