Session 10

Wow 10 Sessions, this is amazing I hope all the players are having as much fun as I am.

Ok after clearing the Orc camp, the party continued onto town. Heading to the townmaster to collect the orc reward, getting Jamorin's long sword repaired, stocking up on spell supplies and spending a night drinking a significant amount of the amassed riches the team run into Gundren, he is still trying to track down his brothers but would like the party to head to Wave Echo Cave to see if there is any sign of them there.

The party find the entrance to cave and head in, They find the body of a dead dwarf but are unable to tell if its one of the Rockseeker brothers or not. It appears as if the body has been looted. The team find a crevasse with a secured rope they are able to descend, and some of them make it down unscathed yet a couple find the basic task a little too taxing and take some fall damage. At the bottom of the crevasse there are two exits the team decide to take the one to the east. They find what used to be the main cave entrance but is now collapsed. As they are admiring the carvings with Dwarves and Gnomes working away in the mines they notice a strange leathery flapping sound and a swam of rat bats (striges) attacks from the ceiling, the party quickly fall back and Pallas fireballs the hell out of them and its now raining charred rat bat.

This attracted a bunch of skeletons to swarm into the entrance and dance with the party who unfortunately are so bad dancers the skeletons all ended up dead (??Deader...undead-dead....disanimated).

The party spend an extraordinary amount of time selecting one of the three available doors, to find that it contained nothing but some crashed in rock and dust. The second room contained a large stone bench, and on investigation the party found a lock box which some very skilled rouge hands with thieves tools was able to open, thus further enriching the party.

The third door contained three ghouls who were chewing on some very dwarven bones. The Ghouls came at the party immediately but it was somewhat like them running into a moving steam train, thus ending their tenure as members of the undead world. After Dragging the bodies out and securing the room the party decide the beds look comfortable and bunk down for the night.
